Lessons
- Beginners -Beginners are started out at the basics which include, grooming,
saddling, leading, proper seat, hand and leg position, stop, go, turning, and basic maneuvering skills.
- Intermediate
-Intermediate focuses on showmanship, learning to maneuver ground
obstacles, riding patterns, getting comfortable at all 3 gaits,
understanding tack and its proper uses, leg wrapping, banding,
braiding, show clipping, and balance of horse and rider.
- Advanced
-Advanced riders are motivated and coached to a higher level of riding.
At this level the rider is showing and has short and long term goals in
mind. A personalized plan is designed for each rider to help them
achieve their personal goals.
- A level 1 advanced rider should be able to change leads, ride with the slightest
of cues and be poised and confident in their riding.
- A level 2 advanced rider will be working towards bridleless riding,
dressage movements, and trail classes.
- A level 3 advanced rider is able to ride confidently bareback at all 5
gaits with confidence and control.
- A level 4 advanced rider had the ability to ride bridleless.
The communication with their horse is very fine tuned.
